Mac Briggs
Mac leads the UA Partners team and spearheads Genetics, Cultivation, and Solventless Extraction services. He is an expert in farm and facility design and build-out. Mac maintains a diverse and exclusive genetics library and relationships with the world’s best breeders. As a team builder and visionary, Mac spearheads the talent recruitment and much of the brand building initiatives on behalf of UA Partners and our clients. Mac prides himself on being undeniably authentic in everything he does, delivering honest value – no fluff, no bullshit.

In addition to co-founding UA Partners, Mac is the founder of Uncle Mac’s, a boutique solventless brand, Flower Wheel Nursery providing trend-setting genetics to California cannabis brands, and Off the Grid apparel. He has been involved in the California cannabis industry for 20 years, managing large-scale cannabis cultivation projects in the Emerald Triangle and working closely with organic cannabis farming pioneers. Mac’s time in the early 2000s was spent curating relationships with Southern California retail owners andNorthern California cultivators enabling him to gain trusted access to a diverse and complete network of industry leaders. In 2005, Mac began working on land development projects including the purchase, subdivision and sale of 2,200 acres straddling the Mendocino and Humboldt county lines, which became the home of Northern Nights Music Festival, for which he is also a co-founder.
Bill Koziol
As an experienced operator of vertically integrated cannabis companies in California for the past decade, Bill leads Accounting, Retail Operations, and Construction Management on behalf of UA Partners. Bill provides fractional CFO services to UA Partners clients, lending his expertise with 280E tax strategy, implementation of accounting systems and financial controls, and ongoing oversight to accounting teams. He has a passion and knack for real estate development, with a proven track record managing large-scale projects through the process of obtaining local and state approvals, to design and construction, to operational rollout.

Bill is the founder of Green Remedy (first licensed dispensary in Contra Costa County, CA), Telegraph Health Center (1 of 8 dispensaries in Oakland, CA), The Parkway Project (renovated old movie theater into dispensary, consumption lounge and entertainment venue), and WatersideWarehousing (24k sq ft Cultivation, Manufacturing, Distribution, and Retail Delivery). Prior to his entrepreneurial endeavors within the cannabis space, Bill was an accounting and tax professional with experience in real estate sales and development.
Sam Arabian
Sam spearheads demand planning, data management and supply chain operations on behalf of UA Partners and our clients. His expertise ranges from production tracking and  forecasting, to managing cross-departmental data flows to implementing supply chain software. More specifically, Sam supports clients with building Sales and Operation Planning Processes (i.e. Demand Planning, Capacity Planning, Production Planning, Cultivation Planning, Inventory Management, Revenue Forecasting), SKU Management, COGS Analysis & Tracking, Sales Operations, Packaging/BOM Management, and Software Implementation.

Sam previously worked as Operations Manager for Cookies, one of the leading cannabis brands, where he implemented a nationwide inventory and reporting systems. Sam is also a core member of the team producing the three-day music festival, Northern Nights Music Festival on the Mendocino/Humboldt County Line. Sam believes in supporting the rich history of where cannabis has its roots - The Emerald Triangle.
